MK Naftali Bennett turned to the families of fallen IDF soldiers on the eve of this year’s annual Remembrance Day.
Bennett said, “In a few short hours Israel will bow is head in memory of your sons and daughter, our brothers and sisters who did not come home from war, who did not come home from battle, or who were hurt in terror attacks over the years of our existence here. Sometimes we feel that quiet and safety has returned. Sometimes there is a feeling that the danger is small, but this feeling is wrong. Even now our soldiers stand guard from Israel’s border with Lebanon to its border with Egypt, from Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea, guarding us all.”
