Kerry: All Must Be Done to Stop Ukrainian Violence

US Secretary of State John Kerry applauded on Saturday the release of the European Supervisors in the Ukraine, but emphasized that additional steps are necessary in order to reduce the tensions in the region.

Kerry telephoned Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and spoke with him about Friday’s events in Odessa, which led to the death of 42 people. Kerry emphasized that everything that can be done to stop the violence must be done as soon as possible.
