NIS 10 Million for Rabbi Ovadia Yoseph's House?

There are reports that a buyer is willing to pay ten million shekels (almost $2.9 million) for the Jerusalem home of the late Rabbi Ovadia Yoseph, a former chief Sephardic rabbi and spiritual leader of the Sephardic hareidi Shas party, subject to the approval of Rabbi Yoseph's heirs.

The price is much more than the actal market price of the building but considered reasonable, given the regard for the rabbi. It's possible that the buyer will turn it into an Ovadia Yoseph museum.
