South Korea to Purchase Israeli Radar Technology

The South Korean news agency ‘Yonhap’ reported that the country will purchase 10 radar units from Israel for the purpose of better identifying unidentified planes, and to ward off threats directed at them by North Korea.

A source from the country’s military said that the army is interested in heightening its means of supervising and following what occurs within its airspace, particularly following the location of 3 unidentified planes flying close to the country’s border with North Korea.
