Better Pension For Former Nazi-Laborer Jews in Germany
Germany has amended the current law to give better pension for Jews who worked under Nazi regime in ghettos. The ammendment affects 40,000 Jews worldwide. The modified legislation, which must still pass parliament, would see survivors receive an average of 15,000 euros ($21,000) each in outstanding payments, news weekly Der Spiegel reported earlier this year.
