It was disclosed, Monday morning, that the Northern District Prosecutors' Office has submitted an indictment charging  attorney Mahmad Ahmed Abad of the Galilee village of Ba'ana with relaying messages and instructions between Hamas leaders to Hamas terrorists imprisoned in Israel.

Among the messages were instructions for strikes and other protests in prison. Among those receiving the messages was Abbas As-Said, one of the planners of the 2002 Passover Seder bombing at the Park Hotel in Netanya.
