The pound sterling was set at 5.7584 shekels, down .418 percent, while 100 Japanese yen fell .325 percent to NIS 3.3397. The Australian dollar was fixed at NIS 3.2061, down .218 percent, while its Canadian counterpart slipped .057 percent to 3.1512 shekels. The Swedish krona was set at NIS .5325, down 1.022 percent, and the South African rand declined .275 percent to .3258 shekels.
