Galilee: Arab Village Targeted in Latest Suspected 'Price Tag'

Around 40 car tires have been slashed in the predominantly Christian village of Jish in northern Israel in what is suspected to be a hate crime.

"Price tag" is a euphemism for politically-motivated vandalism and criminal damage usually attributed to Jewish extremists, carried out either in revenge for Arab terrorist attacks, or in protest of Israeli government policies such as the destruction of Jewish homes in Judea and Samaria.

In at least some cases, however, the attacks have been revealed to be the work of Arab provocateurs.
