US: Relief of Sanctions Not Going to Instigate Much Change

Undersecretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence David Cohen stated yesterday (Wednesday) that he doesn’t think that global commercial corporations are racing to do business with Iran following the reduction of sanctions placed against the Arab country.

This estimate seems to be precise, perhaps even slightly exaggerated.
