Fire in Jerusalem Yeshiva Building

Jerusalem fire services called on the public, Sunday, not to operate heaters near beds and flammable objects, following a fire that started on the sixth floor of a yeshiva on Grossberg Street. Fireighters were able to put it out without any casualties

A preliminary investigation placed the blame for the blaze on a heater. The fire services noted the death, last week, of an infant in a fire on Tzefanian Street, which started with a heater placed too close to his bed.
