Israel Against Tens of Thouands of Rockets in Next War

Brigadier General Shahar Shohat, who heads the Israel Air Force's air defense system, said, Monday, that pilotless aircraft and cruise missiles are among the new airborne challenges that Israel faces.

Speaking at a conference by the Institute for National Security Studies, Shohat said, "In the next war we will be dealing with tens of thousands of rockets and missiles of all kinds, and dozens of unmanned aircraft, with warheads of a few kilograms to dozens of kilograms, and model airplanes to tiny jet drones that can take hundreds of kilograms of explosives."
