Visibility will be as low as 3,000 meters in the Mahanayim airport area until about 10:00 a.m. Tuesday. Otherwise, it will be partly cloudy and slightly warmer with scattered showers in the north. The rain will intensify and spread to the center of the country during the evening hours, accompanied by strong winds and isolated thunderstorms. Snow is expected over Mount Hermon through Thursday. The rain will lessen in intensity and spread to the northern Negev overnight, with occasional showers, isolated thunderstorms and strong winds forecast for Wednesday, accompanied by a risk of flash and other flooding and a drop in temperatures to below average. No thunderstorms are expected Thursday but other conditions will remain and the winds will die down on Friday.
