3 Jerusalem Schools, Special Ed Affected by Sunday Demo

Most schools, including afternoon care, in Jerusalem will operate as usual, Sunday, despite the afternoon rally against the law taking shape to draft members of the hareidi community into national service. Three schools in the area of the gathering - The Dugma boys' elementary public religious school, Tzvia girls' high school on Yirmiyahu Street and Evelina De Rothschild girls' high school will close at 1:00 p.m.

Transportation for special education will work according to a Friday schedule, which means early pickups according to the practice in special education institutions, in order to allow the special education students to return home quickly and avoid delays and traffic jams.

The city's 106 switchboard will have extra staff.
