Several months after police announced they had finally found the 2011 Bar Noar killer, the suspect has been released. After a long investigation, Hagai Felician was arrested in 2013 for shooting two young people at the Bar Noar center in Tel Aviv. However last week's arrest of the state's witness in the case led to Felician being released from jail on Wednesday. The police said the state's witness, whose name is not being revealed, framed Felician.
In a related matter, Yaakov Felician, the brother of the accused, was released without any charges after being accused of rape. A lawyer that the family was interested in hiring accused Felician of attacking her on a storehouse, however a polygraph test resulted in Felician being released.
