Member of Knesset Moshe Feiglin (Likud Beytenu) held Israel accountable for Jordan's threat of expelling the Israeli ambassador. "As long as we do not execute our sovereignty over all of Jerusalem, we will continue to absorb threats," MK Feiglin stated on Wednesday. Earlier, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's parliament unanimously voted to expel the ambassador. That vote was in response to a Knesset discussion on Israeli sovereignty of the Temple Mount, Judaism's holiest site. MK Feiglin added that the Israeli government should refrain from giving Jordan the impression that portions of Jerusalem can be used as a bargaining chip.
