Local rain will start falling Monday night in the north and center, with scattered showers in those areas from Tuesday through Wednesday evening, accompanied by a drop in temperature. It will be partly cloudy from Wednesday evening through Thursday, with a chance of light rain Thursday morning, followed by a slight rise in temperature.
