Beit Hillel Group Congratulates Rabbi Lichtenstein

The Beit Hillel rabbis group on Sunday night congratulated Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein for his winning this year’s Israel Prize for Torah Literature.

Rabbi Meir Nehorai, chairman of Beit Hillel, said in a statement, “Today we learned the great news that our teacher, Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein shlita, will receive the Israel Prize.”

He added, "Some of the greatest rabbis of Beit Hillel are his students and he has also advised us in different fields. We congratulate the rabbi, wish him good health, and may G-d send him a speedy recovery and reward him with a long life.”
