'Tnuva's Sale Won't Affect its Agreements'

Zehavit Cohen, head of the Apax company and the controlling shareholder of the Tnuva dairy, promised on Sunday that Tnuva’s potential sale to the Chinese Bright Food company, will not affect Tnuva's agreements with the dairy cattle growers.

In a meeting with the growers, Cohen clarified that Tnuva will continue to buy the existing milk quotas and may even increase them. She added that the current talks are only the initial contacts between Apax and Bright Food, and that the Chinese company is obligated to continue to improve and invest in the development of Tnuva.
