Bus Driver Gets 8 Years in Deaths of 24 Russian Travel Agents

Bus driver Edward Gelfand, who was convicted of 24 counts of manslaughter for his role in the December 2008 bus accident that left 24 Russian travel agents dead in its wake, was sentenced today (Sunday) to eight years in prison. Additionally, he was given two years probation and his right to hold a driver's license was suspended for 25 years.
