Russia: Project Launched to Help Needy Jewish Children

A revolutionary project to help needy Jewish children throughout Russia was launched yesterday from Moscow, the capital. The special aid program will be able to address the most involved medical issues, as well as provide food baskets, and appropriate clothing to thousands of children, as well as establish a large center where the question will be on how to fill it with children's furnishings and equipment.

The launch was held in the famous Azimut Hotel lounge, which is in central Moscow, and attended by a large crowd of supporters and friends, including Russia's Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Berel Lazar.
