Arny Intelligence sources stated this morning that they assessed the chances of a third intifada in Israel to be low, according to a report by Israel Today.
The sources said that there has been a "dramatic change" in the relations between the Palestinian factions and the "main troublemakers" in Gaza, the 'Islamic Jihad'. but that Hamas has not remained stagnant.
