Housing Minister Uri Ariel (Jewish Home) predicted on Friday that housing prices will start to drop by 2015.
Speaking during a meeting in Jerusalem with the heads of 57 local councils, Ariel said, "Wherever there is land that is ready for marketing - we will market it. We plan to market a lot more housing units in 2014 than we did 2013. We will build in Judea and Samaria, and we will build in Jerusalem. There's no way that we won't be building everywhere in Israel. Apartment prices will stabilize in 2014 and begin to significantly drop in 2015, it is here, it's just around the corner."
