Rabbi Hillel Reines, a resident of Yitzhar, spoke with Arutz Sheva this morning about his son-in-law, Yehuda Landsberg, who was arrested earlier this week under suspicion of a 'price tag' action.
Rabbi Reines explained that his son-in-law, together with his daughter and their three small children were on their way to a family brit milah (circumcision ceremony), when they saw a police presence waiting for them at the Yitzhar Junction intersection. At first, the police tried to take in the entire family, but finally gave up on it, letting the wife and children go. Landsberg is a resident of the Gilad Farm, a contractor by profession.
Since that time, Landsberg has not been seen by, nor been allowed any communications with his family. It is thought that he is being held by the Shin Bet near Petach Tikva. He will be able to consult with an attorney early next week, and will continue to be held until then.
