Knesset Works to Help Seniors Without Pensions

A hearing was held at the Knesset on Wednesday to deal with senior citizens in Israel who do not have pensions. Member of Knesset Menachem Eliezer Moses (United Torah Judaism) stated that last week the Central Bureau of Statistics released a survey indicating that a significant number of Israelis over the age of 60 have no pension arrangement and find it difficult to save for retirement. The committee discussed ways to help older Israelis.
