Feiglin Blasts Tibi Over His Past with Arafat

Member of Knesset Moshe Feiglin (Likud Beytenu) criticized MK Ahmed Tibi's interruption in the Knesset during the visit of Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper. Tibi, of the Ra'am - Ta'al Arab Movement for Change faction, yelled from his seat that Israel was undemocratic and that in many Arab communities in Israel “there is no water or electricity."

MK Feiglin called the statements false and noted that Tibi was a political advisor to PLO founder Yasser Arafat from 1993-1999. MK Feiglin added, "when I, hopefully, will one day be a prime minister, this advisor to the killer Arafat will sit in prison and not in the Knesset."
