Gilo Gas Technician Released from Police Custody

The gas technician who made a service call to the building in Gilo where a gas balloon exploded and demolished part of the structure subsequently, has been released from police custody. Attempts were made to pin negligence on the technician but his attorney explained on Tuesday night that his careful inspection of the residence for any leakage or gas smells left no indication of the impending explosion, "The police have realized that he really did his job well and that a grave injustice has been caused to him unnecessarily."
