The price of shares moved up slightly, Monday morning, in mixed trading at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Just over an hour into the session, the TA Composite Index stood at 1,240.22, up .08 percent from Sunday's close, while the TA 100 rose .07 percent to 1,237.92, including a gain of .16 percent to 1,344.24 by the TA 25 most-widely-invested issues. The stocks outside the TA 100 stood at 1,080.32, up .13 percent.
Leading the gainers was the oil and natural-gas index, which advanced .35 percent to 1,290.37, while the real-estate issues stood at 383.64, up .16 percent. The bank stocks edged up .06 percent to 1,284.50 as the financial institutions stood at 1,247.24, up .02 percent, including a drop of .19 percent to 1,518.16 by the insurance index. Most of the technology issues averaged a loss of .05 percent to 361.60, while the biomed stocks stood at 1,157.17, down .87 percent, and the communications index fell .72 percent to 722.45.
