Officer Suspected of Corruption Going Back to Work

Attorney Gid'on Fisher, who represents Commander Menashe Arbiv of the Lahav 433 anti-corruption unit of the Israel Police, said, Thursday evening, that his client would return to work next week. Arbiv is suspected of taking favors from Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto.

Fisher said, "Commander Arbiv is counting on the law-enforcement system and respects the examination procedure." Police Chief Yochanan Danino said, earlier, that an official investigation has not been opened.
