      Value of Israeli Diamond Exports Up Almost 10% in 2013

      The value of Israel's exports of polished diamonds came to $9.2 billion in 2013, compared to $8.4 billion in 2012.

      The United States continued to be the leading market with 37.3 percent of the sales, followed by Hong Kong at 27 percent. Switzerland was a distant third with 9.3 percent, followed by Belgium (7.25 percent) and India (2.3 percent).
