Zambish: Questions are Left Unanswered-the Pain is Big

Secretary-General Ze'ev Hever (Zambish) of the Amana housing concern in Judea and Samaria referred to former prime minister Ariel Sharon, Monday, as the greatest teacher in building the Jewish communities of the region. Speaking at the Knesset memorial for Sharon, Hever cited the one-time housing minister for getting down to the smallest detail, telling people not to slacken off but giving them the freedom to act out of the knowledge that they knew more professionally.

Zambish referred to the Disengagement program of 2005, in which about 10,000 Jews were uprooted from Gaza and northern Samaria, as a disengagement from the path they had walked together. He said the questions about it remain unanswered and the pain is big, and love will cover it all, and concluded with a promise not to slacken as Israel goes through the obstacles it faces.
