30 Trees Uprooted in Kafr Kassem Nursery

Police are investigating the uprooting of 30 fruit-bearing and decorative trees, Thursday evening, in a nursery next to the Israeli Arab village of Kafr Kassem, east of Tel Aviv, on the 1949 Armistice Line.

Hung at the scene was a sign in Hebrew reading "Dash Kodesh Esh" (Regards, Kodesh Esh), with words in the wrong order hinting at the Arab attack on Jews from Esh Kodesh in the Samarian Arab village of Kusrah on Tuesday. Police are looking at the possibility that the vandalism was in response to Tuesday's incident.
