Electric Company: Damage Estimates Not Final

The Israel Electric Company said, Monday, that it had not finished estimating the cost of the damage it incurred from the winter storm that struck Israel almost two weeks ago. It had been reported that the damage stood at a billion shekels.

The utility stressed that any number that was thrown about was speculation, including different direct or indirect components of the total, concluding that those numbers are not coming from the electric company.
