Member of Knesset Ahmed Tibi (Ra'am-Ta'al-Mada United Arab List) made it clear, Thursday, that he would continue to protest against the Prawer Plan for regulating Bedouin communities in the Negev, following a demonstration in which someone threw boiling tea at his face.
Tibi said, "Incitement against us by right-wing Knesset members has reached a peak - and it has results. He continued, "It's unbridled incitement but no cup of tea, no murder threats or attacks at demonstrations will change our position. We are determined to continue and protest."
