Family of Bombing Victim Wants Mossad to Testify

Eurasia Review reports that family members of an American teenager killed in by a suicide bomber in 2006 in Tel Aviv, Israel, asked a federal judge in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday to reject the Israeli government’s prohibiting a former intelligence officer from testifying in the civil court case.

Lawyers representing the family of the deceased terrorist victim, Daniel Wultz, adds Eurasia Review, appeared in court to try to stop Israel’s government from preventing the testimony of former intelligence officer Uzi Shaya in their lawsuit filed against the Bank of China.

Eurasia Review notes the family claims that the Bank of China knowingly funds Islamic terrorist groups, including Hamas, through U.S. bank accounts.
