Jerusalem began today ( Tuesday ) to return to normal education system after long days of snow recess .
A7 talked with Vice Mayor Dov Kalmanovitz's complex decision to open the educational institutions.
According to Kalmanovitz it would have been easier to make a overall decision to disable the city today, "but consider instead realistically returning to normal." He mentioned that many parents do not receive additional vacation days at work and the municipality had to therefore enable the return of children to educational systems .
Kalmanovich stressed that parents and administrators of institutions - have the right to veto the decision to go back to school.
