Public Transportation in Jerusalem Still Partial

While intercity transportation to Jerusalem was running as scheduled, subject to traffic jams on Highway 1, public transportation within the capital was only partial by mid-morning on Tuesday.

Many bus lines were not operating. The light rail system was operating between Pisgat Ze'ev at its northern end and the central bus station. Service to the south of the central bus station was plagued by damage from last week's storm and problems associated with the removal of snow and ice from the String Bridge, opposite the central bus station.
