The traffic police called on Jerusalem-area motorists, Tuesday, to avoid taking to the roads in the early-morning hours because of slippery conditions. Highway 436 between Nabi Samuel and Giv'at Ze'ev, northwest of the capital was closed, as was the road linking Pesagot and Cochav Ya'akov with Route 60, north of the city, and Highway 375 between Beitar Ilit and Hussan to the south.

Northern Israel: Route 89 near Horfish, Hwy 866 near Rehaniyah, Route 8900 near Nof Kinneret
Southern Israel: Highway 234 near Tze'elim
