      Anti-Infiltration Bill Up for Final Vote Monday


      Legislation proposed by Interior Minister Gid'on Sa'ar to prevent infiltration into Israel is scheduled for its second and third readings in the Knesset on Monday.

      The principle part of the legislation is the one-year period an infiltrator may be detained in a special holding facility and for those who act against the rules of an open facility.
