The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.524, up .057 percent from Wednesday's rate, while the Euro edged up .084 percent to 4.7897 shekels.
The pound sterling was set at 5.7615 shekels, up .009 percent, while 100 Japanese yen advanced .419 percent to NIS 3.4532. The Australian dollar was fixed at NIS 3.1858, up .214 percent, while its Canadian counterpart gained .073 percent to 3.3066 shekels. Sweden's krona declined .148 percent to .5403 shekels while the Norwegian krone was set at NIS .5698, down .99 percent, and the South African rand fell .737 percent to NIS .3365.
