Iran to Compensate Terror Victims with $9 million

The families of the five victims of the Hamas-Iran Ben Yehuda St. bombing in 1997 will receive over $9 million in Iranian assets held in the US, according to an unprecedented San Diego Court ruling after a decade of deliberations. The Shurat Hadin (Letter of the Law) organization hails the 'Hanukkah miracle' it facilitated, "In wake of the US and EU finding ways to reduce sanctions against Iran, the time has come for those responsible for terrorist attacks in Israel to pay."
