Vote on Tax Breaks for same-Gender Couples Postponed

The Jewish Home has announced, "The Knesset will postpone the vote on the law proposal of MK Adi Kol (Yesh Atid) aiming to provide same-gender couples with tax breaks. We had removed our veto as it was agreed that the law will not acknowledge marital status for such couples, but the media reported that this agreement was not going to be kept, and hence the postponement. We approve tax breaks, but will not allow back-door changes to the status quo."
