European Parliamentarian Laments 'Difficult' EU-Israel Relations

As Israeli and European Union officials remain at loggerheads over recently-issued guidelines forbidding EU bodies from dealing with Israeli entities in Judea, Samaria, the Golan Heights and parts of Jerusalem, a senior EU parliamentarian has voiced his opposition to the boycott.

Italian MEP (Member of European Parliament) Fiorello Provera told Arutz Sheva that the guidelines marked a "difficult" period in relations between Jerusalem and Brussels, saying that the damage it would inflict on both sides could be as much as 80 billion Euros.
