Director of Marketing at Hassid Brothers Ariye Shmilovich explained today (Monday) as to why delaying the marketing of land east of the 'Green Line' is not good for the stability of real estate prices in Jerusalem.
For instance, the price of land in the capital's Har Homa neighborhood has been on a constant rise. Hassid Brothers recently sold a 160 sq. meter penthouse apartment in the area for NIS2.05 million. A four-room apartment that the company sells today can bring in NIS1.49 million, and one of their five-room apartments can go for up to NIS1.65 million.
