Israel Not to Help Terror Victims' Bank of China Suit

An American legal firm representing the State of Israel has announced that Israel would not be aiding in the suit of Israeli terror victims against the Bank of China. The announcement followd a visit by the Chinese delegation to Israel two weeks ago pursuant to a meeting with officials of Israel's Ministry of Defense. 

A law suit demanding damages was filed against the Bank of China by 22 families of Israelis murdered by Palestinian Arab terrorists in suicide terror attacks. The suit alleges that the Bank of China handled accounts used to fund terror activities in the Gaza Strip.
