Jewish Home Plans for Set Jewish Hours on Temple Mount

Habayit Hayehudi (Jewish Home-New National Religious Party) is advancing new regulations that will allow Jews to pray openly on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem's Old City, according to a Friday-morning report by the Yediot Aharonot daily. Under the plans, prepared by the legal department of the Religious Services Ministry, set hours would be allocated daily for Jewish prayer at the site. The Knesset Interior and Environmental Protection Committee is scheduled to discuss the subject on Monday.
