France Cautious on Iranian Change

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said, Thursday, that his country must react cautiously to the change that Iran is demonstrating in its relations with the international community during talks, this week, about its nuclear development program.

Fabius told the French parliament that the government is waiting for significant change to come from Tehran. He noted that despite the election of President Hassan Rouhani, the spiritual leadership of the Islamic Republic has remained the same.
