US Considering Easing Freeze as Incentive to Iran

The administration of United States President Barack Obama is weighing a proposal to offer Iran access to billions of dollars in frozen funds if the Tehan government takes specific steps to curb its nuclear development program, according to a senior administration official who was cited, Thursday, by the New York Times. The plan, which is still being debated inside the White House and the State Department, was proposed in the wake of a promising first round of nuclear diplomacy with the Islamic Republic this week.
