A number of prayer gatherings for the recovery of Rabbi Ovadia Yoseph were announced, Monday morning, following news of the deterioration in his condition. The first is scheduled to start at 11:00 a.m. in Bat Yam. Noon will mark the start of prayers at the Kefar Yonah community center and the beit midrash (study hall) of Rabbi Arush on Shmuel Hanavi Street in Jerusalem.
A gathering for women is scheduled at 3:00 p.m. at the Tomb of the Rabbi of Zvehill.
