French DJ David Guetta is the headliner. The popular music producer's father is of Moroccan Jewish heritage. He had a string of #1 hit songs in the United Kingdom in 2009 and was ranked best DJ in the world in 2011 in the DJ Mag Top 100 fan poll.
The event will take place on October 17th. Also performing will be Steve Angello, a Greek-Swedish DJ famous for his group the Swedish House Mafia. The Israeli trance performers Infected Mushroom will play as well. Masada is a popular tourist destination where both Israelis and visitors from abroad to view the Jewish stronghold. At the foot of the site is a concert area where popular musicians, classical performances, opera and other events take place.
