Minister of Defense Moshe ("Boogie") Yaalon, during his visit yesterday (Tuesday) to observe exercises of the Paratrooper Brigade of the Golan, addressed the issue of "price tag" activities.
"Recently, several arrests have been made while enforcing what is called "price tag" actions, but which I call terror. We are intent on deterring the entire population from engaging in property damage, or intimidation, and the like. We obviously condemn these activities, and know they are not typical of the residents of the Judea and Samaria regions. But to my consternation, the residents' good name is being tarnished," Yaalon began.
"We are taking every possible measure, including those of the past few days, to put a halt to these activities. Of course I condemn the attack on General Nitzan Alon, who through his work and efforts has brought security to Judea and Samaria," he added.
